I first noticed the lights with apparent water along with the girl whose head has been cropped off. I also definitely get the mood of a relatively quiet night outing with mainly the sounds of water and maybe the light chatter of a few people nearby. The slight tilt of the photo, leaning to the left, can be a little distracting for some viewers, and rather alright for others. Overall it's a decently compelling, curiously quiet photo that captures a moment, location, mood, and activity, all at once. Exposure level is good too, in keeping the shadows dark while retaining their textures, such as on the floor.
